How to use:
1. The first, you need to have exported antispam lists from system registry, for example:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\AVP8\profiles\ContentFilter\profiles\Anti_Spam\settings\users\S-1-5-21-746137067-616249376-1801674531-1004\settings\BlackWords
where S-1-5-21-746137067-616249376-1801674531-1004 - your own SID.
You should select BlackWords section, right-click of mouse, Export to reg-file.
2. Open utility - Converter.exe, choose source reg-file, choose destination file (select name); also you can choose encoding of destination file, for latin and cyrillic symbols it's better to use ANSI, for chineese, japaneese and other languages use Unicode encoding. So you can try both types of encoding and decide what you should use.
3. Press "Convert" and wait for few seconds.
4. Go to KIS 2010 Antispam, to Black Words/White Words, and press "Import", import list from CSV-file which you have just made. Ready!
Note: "back convertion" from KIS 9/2010 to KIS 8/2009, and "Advanced convertion options" temporarily unavailable at this version - use "Fast Convertion" option.
